So yesterday was independence day....
First thing that we did is we went to our church's ward picnic at northgate park and as usually i was assigned to make home made rootbeer which means i get to use dry ice....so after i made the rootbeer, me and my brother-in-law took a bunch of 2 liter bottles and started making dry ice bombs. After about 10 of them the fire department showed up.
Fireman: "I know that these are not explosives and not illegal, but we recieved a complaint and you need to stop"
Me: "Not a problem, jsut having a little fun"
Fireman starts walking away, but then comes back
Fireman: "My partner here has never seen one of these so can you do one more and then stop?"
Me: "Sure, have you ever seen these?"
Fireman: "Yes, I make them all the time"
So i blow one up
Fireman: "Thank You, if you want to do more just go to union city"
haha...that was funny
So after that me and my brother started taking apart the bathroom as we are going to remodel it completely...tomorrow we are going to start putting in new copper piping and then after that new marble sink, tile the shower, paint, tile the floor, and many other things....
After we took apart a lot of the bathroom...we left to go to the fireworks in livermore...it was ok except the fact that was no music...
So that was my fourth of july...Still haven't really seen many people this summer, i guess because i am working a lot and am really busy even when i am not working...well please drop a line sometime

today was the worst traffic ever coming home...an hour and a half to get from montague to decoto...but the crazy part is that it took me an hour to drive about 5 miles from montague to dixon
then i came home and went to church for an interview... and now i am here and should be doing math...just really tired
Got together with my team members to design our penny launcher...by far the weirdest assignment i have ever had to do

well haven't updated in a while, and i am having writer's block
today at work was pretty fun, i got to do some water testing for microorganisms...it is deffinately a break from my regular routine. So friday i get to see how well i did at it, i was kinda nervous while doing it because i thought i was gonna get in trouble if i did it wrong.
doctor thinks my blood pressure is too high, atleast the systolic. probably stress, probably thinking too much.
other stuff is going on that people here really do not understand, so no point mentioning it.
this weekend and spring break is going to be hectic and more stressful than any other time. All my family is coming so atleast that is a plus.
You know...im so glad i work with children at church, because they actually seem to care

well yesterday was my b-day, it was overall pretty good, but super lonely. Went to school and then work. Came home and spent the rest of the time with my brother. Not exactly what i was hoping for but oh well. It's midterm time, got 3 this week and 2 next week, project as well...just looking forward to spring break.
Anyway, just thought i would update so people don't think i disappeared or something....gonna go study

Well school is done....only for 2 weeks for me though becuase i am taking a 3 week winter session class....just trying to get ahead i guess....i am expecting good grades for this semester so yea......
Anyway christmas time is almost coming, Monday is our family's annual gingerbread house making day....good fun....were inviting the Bristow's and Baker's this year. Today all my nieces and nephews are over making sugar cookies....kinda annoying sometimes, but overall fun....
Went christmas shopping yesterday after work....haha...my most expensive gift this year is luggage...but it is really nice. Me and my sister are gonna go shopping later to buy something for our parents (we already know what we are getting but i am not gonna tell on here). Still decorating our house....it takes forever....but that is my goal to finish the decorating today and then clean the house/my room tomorrow
It was kinda funny....my boss came over to me yesterday to give me my check and he was like "you get big check today!"....i was kinda like "huh".....but yea it was a christmas bonus.....I was very surprised becuase i have never gotten one at any other place i have worked....I love my work though....they treat me so nice....and it makes me really feel good and work really hard to please them....so a note to myself *always work for asians in small businesses* they are so NICE. AND they are taking the whole company out to christmas lunch on tuesday.....YAY!
Well gotta go finish decorating and helping my parents bake

well finals are coming up.....i think i will do pretty good and get the grades i want.....Well next semester is all planned out....
ME 30.....computer applications/programming in C........2 units
Engr 10...Introduction to engineering...................3 units
Math 31...Calculus 2....................................4 units
Phys 50...General Physics/Mechanics.....................4 units
HUP 35B...Intermediate weight lifting...................1 unit
Engl 1B...Comp and Lit 2................................3 units
Also i am taking a winter course to finish off some GE
NUFS 9....Introduction to human nutrition................3 units
so by the end of next semster i will have a total of 37 units woohoo!
Yesterday i was also thinking about my future and what i need to guarantee myself a job, my brothers always regretted they didn't double major....and i was thinking about it before....my brother chris said that mechanical engineering is more stable as far as getting a job goes, but i am more interested in aerospace, but i figured out yesterday that i could do both and it would only take me one more year than what my plan is now so therefore this is my planned education after 5 years of college
BS Aerospace Engineering
BS Mechanical Engineering
Minor Physics
Minor Math
Yes i know this seems crazy but i think getting out of college with a job is the best motivation, also knowing mechanical can help a lot in aerospace. Hopefully i will get a job like my brother where they will pay me to go and get my masters.....but we'll see

I have my chemisty midterm next week, but i think it will be fairly easy so i am not too worried...today in public speaking we had to give an impromptu speech....so one by one we had to pick a piece of paper out of this jar and then just start making a speech about that topic...mine was "math" so i started going on about how math is all around us and it is essential to know how to apply to our lives...so yea that was interesting...I need to finish my demonstration speech i am going to teach the class how to repel (descending a rock cliff, opposite of climbing) It should be interesting but i need to try and remember how to tie a swiss seat...stopped by american today to see how the team did on their first season game...they played Washington so it isn't a good game to judge how well the season will go....but i got volunteered to do the score board for a tournament next saturday, i don't really mind becuase my midterm in chem will be over and my essay and speech will be done....plus they are paying me....so it all works out

hmmmmm.....let's see yesterday i went to berkeley to visit meishan....pretty good we mainly just walked around campus...much bigger than SJSU...although the highlight of the day is when we kept walking in circles in the library....haha....then i went home and studied....of course later on in the day around 11:30 i decide to study on my bed.....the problem is reading + comfort of bed = sleep.....so let's just say i didn't wake up until 6 this morning to get ready for class....left the house around 6:30 and traffic was pretty bad so i was running to my english class....jsut to find out that my professor is sick therefore no class that day....so then i had nothing to do for 2 hours until my class at 9:30 so i decide to go back to my car and sleep.....surprisingly cars are comfortable places to sleep (mainly becasue the driver's seat reclines =D) ....the rest of my day was the basic routine though school and work....after that though i decided since i studied quite a bit on the weekend that i should see how the polo team at american was doing....the coach is nice....everyone wanted me to get in i told them that i would come tomorrow and swim so now i guess i have to...i don't really mind...it's been a while since i have swam and it would be nice to get back in a pool again....and now i am here studying redox and reading over tomorrow's lab
hmmm.....still got to think of something to demonstrate for the class...im thinking of like making something, but i am not sure what to make cause we only have 5 minutes so yea

sitting at work.....thinking about what i need to do this weekend...mostly study....also in public speaking i need to give a demostrative speech....anybody have any suggestions on something i can demonstrate? my sister said i should teach how to bake cinnamon rolls...haha

well school is going pretty good so far....thought i should update and tell everyone how it is going. i hope everyone else is doing well too.
got my first essay back from english...it was a diagnostic ungraded essay though, but my professor liked it so i am happy about that =)....also got a quiz back in chem i got 4.5 out of 5 so i am happy about that, but i missed one problem and it was such a stupid mistake but o well....sadly chem is my favorite class and i enjor the lecture more than the lab portion....mainly becuase dr.singmaster is a very good lecturer....i did my first speech in public speaking today and i think it went very well.
math is good, but i can't believe i am saything this but I WANT MORE HOMEWORK, i get bored in class so i am doing extra unassigned problems, but it is also good that i am doing some extra work for practice....in weight lifting we did a one rep max in some exercises....right now in the bench press i can do 145lbs but i am hoping my the end of the semester to be doing 200lbs.
i like college a lot better then high school though....the not having a social life has it's ups and downs....i am not distracted so i get to study better and i am not having to worry about my image i guess?i just do my own thing and i don't have to worry about what people think i guess.....but it is also kinda lonely. the most interaction i have with people is probably the people at my work and most of the time they ask me about school as well. o well i guess

first day of class is in less then 2 days, i am really excited
Dr. Singmaster (chem professor) e-mailed me asking if i was richard seipert's brother, it is kinda scary that the my professor knows my family, i thought that was going to end after high school, but i guess in college i will also be judged by my sibling's proformance, but i really don;t mind since it is richard, he is really smart, so i just have to be the same.
wednesday will probably be a busy day, i get to leave the house at 6:30AM to go to school, then after school i go to work and then after that i am going to go to a rehersal for one my friend's eagle courts...luckily thursday i have only one class and that starts at 12:20 (it use to start at 11:20 but they cancelled my class so i had to sign up for a new one, it is a good thing i found one that would fit my schedule)....i also need to find a lab partner for chem
